Song Permission.

Talent Release Forms.

These forms were signed by our group (the producers) and the talents that will appear in the video. These therefore show that we have their permission to film them and use that footage to create our music video.

Location Permissions.

This shows an email our group sent to Empire Cinema asking if we could film there, as it is one of our locations.

This is application we needed to fill in order to be granted permission to film in the aquarium.

These forms are important as it shows that we can legally film there.

Props.

This presentation lists the props that we will be using in our music video, such as bubbles, bath bombs, flowers and a skate board. These will all be used at certain locations throughout our music video and will create a more indie aesthetic.

Shooting Schedule.

This is our shooting schedule, it has the dates of when we're supposed to film and what shots we plan to film. It also has information of who we're filming and what they will be wearing in that particular shot. The equipment that we will need to use is listed as well as the crew and the issues that may come about and how to avoid them.

Animatic

This our animatic that we created, it shows all the shots and our ideas that we have for our music video. We will show this during our pitch and hopefully get some feedback on our plan.

Pitch

Feedback:

We received feedback after we delivered our pitch, for one of test shots we had Robyn standing in a dark room with a tiny light behind her to create a silhouette, it wasn't as bright as we hoped however we were directed to try use more lights in order to make the silhouette more defined and so you can see more than just the back of head. This will be something we experiment with when we begin filming.

Our animatic shows that we have quite a few split screen shots of both Robyn and her boyfriend lip synching in different locations. In order to be more creative we were told to challenge the conventional straight line and maybe consider using a horizontal split screen, this could help our video to be more interesting and different.

One of the locations in our music video is a park and one of shots is Robyn and her boyfriend on a swing set we then cut to her alone. Again to be more creative and highlight that she is reminiscing and revisiting these past places, we could experiment with jump cutting for example when they are both swinging together, it could suddenly cut to her still swinging but this time she is alone. This creates clarity as it is more obvious she is remembering.

We plan to include a mirror shot when Robyn is singing into the mirror and the camera is behind her, to help relate to our target audience more we were instructed to experiment with mise en scene and possibly decorate around the mirror with photos of herself and friends and her boyfriend. This would therefore make it more pleasing and beautiful and the target audience will be able to relate more as they see her as just an ordinary girl who has gone through a break up.
